WACOSS is seeking a dynamic part-time Office and Administration Support professional.

Key tasks include answering the telephone, welcoming all WACOSS visitors and assisting with the coordination of meetings. Additionally, this role assist with the organisation and scheduling of meetings, workshops, seminars, training courses, staff development days and other events. The role also supports WACOSS Membership coordination, including processing new membership applications and keeping an accurate membership database.

The successful applicant will use their initiative to manage the various scenarios that arise with WACOSS’ stakeholders and members as we liaise with other organisations, government agencies and the community at large to advocate for the best interest of disadvantaged and vulnerable people in Western Australia.

We are seeking someone with excellent communication, administration and IT skills who has an understanding of community services sector and the broad issues facing disadvantaged Western Australians.
