The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and dynamic Learning and Development professional to lead the coordination and delivery of HIV, BBV and STI related capacity building and workforce development to key external workforce sectors. Reporting to the Manager - People and Culture, you will actively engage in building partnerships with sectors such as aged care and resources to build their knowledge and understanding of HIV, BBV and STI risks, prevention, treatment and the associated impacts of stigma and discrimination. 

Your demonstrated experience in an outward-facing Learning and Development role, along with experience in stakeholder relationships and creating new partnerships with multiple external organisations is essential. 

About you

You are a highly-skilled, seriously passionate and qualified Learning and Development professional. Your past involvement in developing a strategic workforce development plan in not-for-profit community services sectors will be viewed favourably, ideally with experience in the delivery of HIV, sexual health and blood-borne virus services.
