The Opportunity

We currently have a unique career opportunity for a talented, dynamic and courageous individual to lead and manage WAAC’s LGBTIQA+ youth services (Freedom) and the delivery of a comprehensive strategy for engaging, building capacity and raising awareness for LGBTIQA+ young people. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the combined Freedom model and growing the Freedom business stream in Perth and regional WA.

About You

You are a gifted, skilled, passionate and experienced human being with experience in leading a team, strategy, and service delivery stream. Previous exposure in the not-for-profit sector is an added advantage.
