The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled female Peer Education Officer who can provide education and peer support strategies for women living with HIV. Reporting to the Manager - Integrated Support Services, the Peer Education Officer will also be equipped with the latest research information and awareness of social issues facing PLHIV (people living with HIV).

About You

You are a highly-skilled, seriously passionate and qualified individual with experience working with a broad range of women living with HIV, including but not limited to, Aboriginal people, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and people who are of diverse sexuality and gender.

Your past involvement in not-for-profit community services sectors will be viewed favourably, ideally with experience in the delivery of sexual health and blood-borne virus services.
