Very Special Kids provides holistic care for Victorian families facing the potential death of a child with a life limiting condition. We provide; counselling and emotional support for the whole family, medically-supported respite care and end of life care and long term bereavement support. Our free-of-charge services help more than 900 families across Victoria, with ongoing support, from the child’s diagnosis all the way through to recovery or bereavement and beyond.
Reporting to the GM – Fundraising & Marketing, we currently have a rewarding opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Manager to join us and take the lead on all components of the marketing and communication plan. You will manage the overall brand, organisation wide communications, advocacy, media, digital and ambassador program.
Through your team’s success you will help raise funds to support children with life-limiting conditions and their families, increase awareness of the Very Special Kids purpose and services, as well as increase consumer and stakeholder engagement.
