About the role

The Team Leader will be responsible for leading the Home Care Packages team and ensuring consistent high quality, person-centred services are delivered to older people living in the community. You will inspire, motivated and develop your team as well as ensure service KPI's are met and quality practices maintained.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a leader to join a well established and growing HCP program.

Skills & experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in health, Registered Nurse or a related field
  • Extensive aged care community management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and build capacity necessary to achieve organisational goals and respond to change
  • Computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, Project, Outlook.
  • A solid understanding of Government aged care funding and reporting requirements
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Sound experience in staff management and development
  • Preparedness to travel to regional Victoria and Southern NSW as required
  • A current Victorian driver’s licence
