This role will involve handling inquiries over the counter and on the telephone from a range of people including the legal profession, community groups and members of the public. You will coordinate access to video conferencing facilities and bookings for interview rooms. You will also accurately refer members of the public requesting legal assistance using the agreed referral process.
The role also requires maintenance of the reception area and VLA resources and updating and amending internal systems for client appointment bookings. You will also coordinate couriers and incoming and outgoing deliveries.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
