Vision Australia provides services to more than 25,500 people clients from 35 Vision Australia centres in Victoria, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia; and through outreach programs in the Northern Territory and Tasmania.

About the role

• Lead the retail Vision Store operations within the Epping office, including meeting sales targets
• Educate and promote retail products within the community
• Respond to general retail customer inquiries
• Process equipment claims for clients who have DVA, NDIS and other funding sources
• Process equipment returns and refunds
• Set up and manage the display of the Vision Store to promote sales

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience in customer service / retail role
• Ability to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement systems and processes to achieve efficiency
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple competing deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to be innovative
