VicHealth’s Social Marketing & Communications teams have a critical role in engaging with and delivering health promotion messages to the Victorian community.
We work with our partners to do everything we can to promote healthy eating, encourage regular physical activity, prevent tobacco use, prevent harm from alcohol and improve mental wellbeing.
The Brand and Content Team will create compelling, engaging content and translate complex information for a range of VicHealth audiences.
The Graphic Designer reports directly to the Brand and Content Manager and works in close partnership with all Social Marketing & Communications teams to deliver effective, strategic communications.
In this new role, the successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualising, producing and editing designs and infographics for VicHealth with a digital-first approach.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing a range of design work including infographics, social media posts, and multi-page documents, juggling conflicting deadlines and priorities.
You will support the Brand and Content Manager to manage the VicHealth brand, including development and oversight of visual identity guidelines. You will also support the Brand and Content team in other administrative tasks to ensure delivery of team workplans.
You have a can-do attitude, a creative mindset and are comfortable with changing priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
You have the ability to use initiative, problem solve and work collaboratively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
Passionate about communicating through design, you possess tertiary design qualifications or bring strong design experience in a similar role.
