Grants and Partnerships Assistants x2

Victorian Health Promotion Foundation
  • Contribute to helping enable all Victorians to increase control over, and improve their health

VicHealth is the world’s first health promotion foundation. Established by the Victorian Parliament in 1987, we were the first agency of our kind worldwide to utilise a tax on tobacco to support independent, long-term, evidence-based health promotion practice, partnerships and leadership. We continue to be a global leader in health promotion, as a Collaborating Centre with the World Health Organisation and technical partner to UNICEF.

We currently have 2 new Grants and Partnerships Assistant positions available to work within our Future Healthy Group.

You will report directly to the Manager, Grants and Partnerships Delivery and work in close partnership with the Grants and Partnerships Delivery team, the Future Healthy teams, and across the wider organisation to provide high level administration support that ensures grant funding to organisations is delivered efficiently, effectively and on time.

In these exciting new roles, you will also be responsible for assisting with VicHealth’s stakeholder management approaches as well as performing project support activities.

You will be highly driven, with a can-do attitude, enjoy working with processes and procedures, comfortable with financial and CRM systems, have strong attention-to-detail, and able to manage changing priorities in a fast paced working environment.

The ability to use initiative, problem solve, and to work collaboratively within a strong team environment will also be primary factors that we will be looking for from you.
