VicHealth’s Social Marketing & Communications teams have a critical role in engaging with and delivering health promotion messages to the Victorian community.
We work with our partners to do everything we can to promote healthy eating, encourage regular physical activity, prevent tobacco use, prevent harm from alcohol and improve mental wellbeing.
The Brand and Content Team will create compelling, engaging content and translate complex information for a range of VicHealth audiences.
Managing a new team of 3, the Brand and Content Manager reports directly to the Executive Manager, Social Marketing & Communications and works in close partnership with all Social Marketing & Communications teams to deliver effective, strategic communications.
In this new role, the successful candidate will be responsible for management of the VicHealth brand, including continual improvement of style guide, visual identity and tone of voice for the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading an in-house creative team as well as managing external suppliers to develop and produce multi-format, multi-channel content including design, infographics, video, photography, and podcasts.
Compelling content creation will be a strong focus across the Social Marketing & Communications teams, and you will be its biggest champion.
You have a can-do attitude and a creative mindset. A proven team leader, you are a planner who is comfortable with changing priorities and thrives in a fast-paced working environment.
You possess the ability to use initiative, problem solve and work collaboratively within a strong team environment. You bring strong creative expertise and experience in a similar role.
