About the Role

Join a flexible and purpose led team of women to build a financial services company serving women better. This position is a customer facing voice of Verve Super. The role is responsible for communicating with our members and potential members on a daily basis and completing administrative tasks to support the functioning of the organisation.

We are looking for someone aligned to the values of Verve who can represent the passion, care, love and trustworthiness of Verve.

Specific Tasks Include:

  • Inbound and outbound communication with members and potential members via phone, email, and mail.
  • Working with the Verve's customer relationship management system to respond to member queries.
  • Coordinating events for the Verve Academy, and supporting community awareness and digital engagement.
  • Converting membership enquiries into new members by providing the necessary information to grow membership.
  • Following the rules and guidelines set by Verve to ensure member communications are compliant.
  • Office administration, including: purchasing office equipment, managing inbound-outbound mail, and supporting the use of company communication and other technology.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills – this role will require someone who can work across multiple systems and functions, so a natural ability to be organised is a must!
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and preferably G Suite
  • Alignment with Verve’s mission and values
