IT Connexion together with UMFC currently have a unique opportunity available for a combined full-time IT Support Engineer (field) role. The combined full-time role will be based at the UMFC head office and will be characterised by high levels of flexibility in relation to how the incumbent manages their workload and allocation of hours for each role. Details of the roles are as follows:
(1) UMFC 0.8 EFT IT Support Engineer (Field)
This role will have the primary responsibility of maintaining UMFC's IT infrastructure and functionality across its 5 sites in Wodonga, Albury and Wangaratta. The role, employed and managed by IT Connexion, works with a high level of autonomy but is supported in-house by the UMFC Director of Business Services and works closely with UMFC management to understand and fulfil the Agency's operational IT requirements.
The role collaborates with the IT Connexion Service Desk/RMM team and the Project Team to triage end-user support requests, as well as the delivery of on-site project tasks.
(2) ITConnexion 0.2 EFT ITC Project and other initiatives
This will be an evolving role developed in consultation and under the supervision of the ITC General Manager.
