We are looking for an open-minded, adaptable team player who can lead our team of Recovery Mentors who support people that identify with having a mental health issue. This role provides clear vision and direction on service deliverables while defining and measuring key performance outcomes to support continuous improvement, and ensure positive outcomes for the people we support.
