The Opportunity

The Support Worker is responsible for providing care and support that enhances the ability of individuals to actively participate in their care/community to maintain their independence. We are seeking energetic and caring Support Workers who enjoy what they do and are passionate about improving the lives of their customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver goal oriented services that enables individuals to remain safe and independent in the community
  • Assist consumers to remain living in their own home empowering them to make positive choices to achieve this outcome
  • Observe and promptly report any changes in consumers’ health and well-being
  • Ensure customer complaints and feedback are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner

The successful candidate will have a Certificate III in Community Services, Individual Support or equivalent and relevant experience.

We are seeking a dynamic individual who has excellent communication and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
