The Opportunity

As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and operational management of a portfolio of services within the Northern Country Region. In this influential role, you will ensure that the development and delivery of Mental Health Services will maximise outcomes throughout Recovery Oriented models of care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide leadership, supervision and support to staff, including reflective practice supervision
  • Lead and coordinate projects or areas of work within the Workforce Development
  • Monitor and lead the achievement and program performance and KPI’s
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with funders, government, non-government agencies and other key stakeholders
  • Ensure all requirements of funding and service agreements are met

You will bring to the role your expertise and passion, and will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Community Services, Social Work or equivalent and extensive experience in the Community Services sector (essential).
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Mental Health (desirable)
  • Significant experience in working in a human/health services setting and knowledge of a range of appropriate models of interventions
  • Significant experience managing and leading teams in the human services/health sector

You will be an influential leader with high-level communication skills, including networking and negotiating, and ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships. You will possess a current DHS Screening, and Current SA’s Drivers Licence.
