Personal Care Attendant

The Opportunity

Our residential Aged Care Facilities are looking for experienced Personal Care Attendants to join our team across a range of morning, afternoon and night shifts.

You will be responsible for delivering the best possible care and support in all areas of daily living to ensure our residents’ well-being and comfort.

Personal Care Attendant duties will include:

  • Support and assist with activities of daily living, including mobility, continence management, showering, dressing and personal grooming
  • Assist in the daily preparation, service and delivery of meals and functions to our residents
  • Maintain a clean environment for the residents in our care, including common areas and amenities
  • Perform additional cleaning duties as required
  • Contribute to our safety culture relating to employees and residents, including managing and controlling emergencies and following safe work practices

You will bring to the role your passionate and caring nature and will have:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or equivalent) and have relevant work experience
  • National Police Clearance
  • Evidence of Influenza Vaccination
  • The right to work in Australia
