NDIS Program Coordinator

The Opportunity

The NDIS Program Coordinator responsible for coordinating and leading the operational transition to the NDIS. A key focus of the position is the establishment and monitoring of systems, processes and change management to support NDIS delivery and supervision of the NDIS Administration staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and review the NDIS Project plan
  • Lead and co-ordinate NDIS operational systems, processes and program deliverables.
  • Development of NDIS support categories for the organisation and ensure the appropriate NDIA registration.
  • Monitor and manage customer service standards with in the program.
  • Work collaboratively with relevant departments and assist with the implementation and monitoring of the organisation’s Communication Strategy for change initiatives.

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications along with demonstrated experience leading complex projects within a community service program. We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, communication skills and the ability to analyse complex information.
