Reporting to the Chief Executive, this role forms a vital part of the Executive Team and is responsible for leading, developing and managing the provision of a range of corporate functions, systems and people.
The role is responsible for leading the People and Culture, Learning and Development, Workplace Health and Safety, Quality, Brand, Marketing and Communication functions.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, business acumen, extensive executive management experience and a demonstrated capability to lead through ongoing reform, growth and increasing competition are key to success in this role.
