About the role:

Reporting directly to the Workforce Strategy and Organisational Design Lead, this role plays a key part of the workforce planning team.

Working in collaboration with other key HR functions, the role is responsible for providing advice and guidance to the business on addressing key rostering challenges and building processes to improve outcomes.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Experience working within complex rostering environments
  • Understanding of best practices approaches to rostering and scheduling.
  • Skilled at navigating a complex organisation, forging relationships, and managing through influence rather than direct authority
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
