About the role:

Brighter Futures is a voluntary, targeted program for families experiencing challenges that impact on their ability to care for their children. 

Brighter Futures provide families with support and services to help address the struggles they are facing, and recognise that supporting families before a crisis improves family resilience, promotes healthy child development, and reduces harm to children.

This is a fixed term contract role until June 2022 focused on providing day to day administration support to two sites in Campbelltown, allowing the team to meet the needs of families and children.

Skills and experience:

• Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of business process ideology, including understanding of policies and their application
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office particularly with an ability to create complex Excel documents
• Proven experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
