About the role

Working in a small team, you will be responsible in assisting in the delivery and execution of the marketing strategy and operations for the Ageing service stream.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Business Lead with the execution of all marketing plans
• Understand Ageing service stream business and objectives
• Execute all marketing activities around acquisition and retention campaigns and promotions to encourage brand loyalty and to ensure service differentiation
• Continuously research and analyse potential new retention strategies and monitor industry trends including competitor analysis.
• Develop and sustain relationships with agencies 

Qualifications and experience:

• Experience in developing, implementing and measuring tactical marketing strategies, end-to-end
• Able to improve customer experience in a multi-channel environment
• Marketing strategy, campaign planning and execution
• Demonstrated ability to develop successful marketing campaigns linked to business objectives to achieve targets, budget and return on investment
