What do we need you to do?

You’ll be responsible for enhancing our clients unique physical, psychological, social and spiritual wellbeing through meaningful lifestyle and wellbeing programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitate quality, timely and effective lifestyle programs in collaboration with care team that reflects the unique needs of each client.
  • You’ll facilitate, plan and deliver leisure and lifestyle programs that makes the most of individuals abilities and choices.
  • You’ll review the appropriateness of the lifestyle programs and make effective use of our electronic management systems.

What do we need you to bring?

  • Ideally, we’re looking for someone with a good insight into the health, social or age care industries with an expert understanding of what creates a meaningful engagement for clients.
  • Know-how of contemporary lifestyle assessment and program planning processes
  • Degree qualified (Certificate 4 Leisure and Lifestyle and/or tertiary qualification in Diversional Therapy, social sciences or a related field)
