About the role:

As our registered Migration Agent and specialist you'll work with a broad mix of visa and migration matters with the ability to manage files from start to finish. This role can be fully remote or partially remote - lets talk!

Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage and retain employees working with Uniting on Visa's
  • Manage all Visa applications and enquiries
  • Coordinate labour market agreement application and process
  • Help influence a major part of Uniting's workforce planning strategy through attention and attraction. 
  • Liaise with the Dept. of Home Affairs 
  • Set up in house systems and processes to efficiently and effectively manage Visa's

About you:

  • You are a registered Migration Agent (MARA with valid registration number)
  • Demonstrated experience of 3-5 years in this field
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Immigration legislation and current employment legislation
  • Possess broad knowledge across various visa subclasses
  • You are systematic, thorough, accurate and disciplined
  • Can work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Have knowledge and understanding of HR organisational policies and practices
