About the role:

Based in Parramatta, you will provide day to day operational support to our Children, Youth and Families directorate as you work with Managers within our Early Learning, Disability and Youth and Families Services.

Partnering with key members of the organisation, you will need to provide strategic and tactical advice and solutions on people matters to build organisational and leadership capability.

Working within your service group and across Uniting, you will implement strategies and initiatives that address issues that ensure the business has the capability to deliver on current and future objectives.

Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in a similar Business Partner position.
  • Strong coaching and relationship building skills including negotiation and facilitation.
  • Ability to work in diverse and changing environments in systematic and accurate manner.
  • Exposure to complex Awards/EA conditions with the ability to interpret and translate to leaders.
  • Previously used data and intelligence to provide advice and make decisions.
  • Supporting diverse and inclusive workplaces.
