About the role:

As Practice Lead, you will work across our Disability Services and Local Area Coordination teams, to deliver practice frameworks and to advance the use of evidence-based and person-centred approaches.

You will work closely with the Head of Disability, Governance, Risk & Quality and Service Delivery teams acting as a subject matter expert for practice excellence.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience supervising teams of specialists preferably within the Community Services sector
  • Substantial experience in developing, leading, implementing, delivering and evaluating evidence-based programs
  • Knowledge of Legislation and Practice Standards including Positive Behaviour Support, Incident Management and Restricted Practices and the application of these in practice Completed (or working towards) a Masters qualification in relevant Social Sciences or Clinical discipline
