Noah's Ark Preschool has a 20-year history of offering quality early childhood education in a friendly, caring and Christian environment.

This Exceeding service is a 40-place long day care centre operating between 8am and 4pm, 49 weeks a year located in Quakers Hill.

In partnership with the local Uniting Church, the service is at the centre of the community by supporting families we help children reach their full potential.

Having under gone a recent rebuild, it now boasts a welcoming indoor learning space and our large outdoor environment provides a stimulating environment for children to explore and learn at their own pace.

About the role:

As a teaching Director you will have 2 days teaching and 3 days in the office and need to lead and maintain a positive Christian learning culture.

You will need to uphold standards of this high-quality Centre and create a sense of belonging for children and their families.

Working with the local Church management board and wider community to grow and learn together ensuring children thrive within the Centre.

About you:

• Bachelor of Education, Bachelor in Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent
• Solid understand the National Quality and Early Years Learning Frameworks
• Willingness to work closely and support the local congregation and community
• Experience in Early Learning as a Service Director is advantageous
