About the Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a caring, nurturing and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to become our nominated Supervisor. In this role you will need the ability to inspire, motivate, lead and maintain a positive learning culture for our dedicated and longstanding team of families and educators. 

Early Learning North Bondi is a service is approved for 24 children and fosters a personalised and caring approach. Our indoor learning space is warm and welcoming and our large outdoor environment provides a stimulating environment for children to explore and learn at their own pace. Our team is dedicated to creating an environment for learning, personal growth and confidence. 

Essential Requirements 

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching
• Previous experience in children’s services
• Experience and knowledge of National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
• Understanding of Children’s Services Regulations
• Previous experience in programming
• Sound developmental knowledge
