About the Role:

This role is responsible for monitoring and enhancing the effectiveness of the integration of brand and marketing activities through the various channels available to Uniting, ensuring that quality data is used in assisting Marketing Business Leads in the development of campaigns. To deliver and fulfil business requirements you will consult, design, develop and configure solutions to meet business needs and create and manage performance reports.

Role Objectives:

  • Works closely with the Media, Planning and Performance Lead to translate business and strategic objectives into targets, tactical plans and action steps which team members can effectively implement
  • Understands industry trends and commercial implications, and demonstrates knowledge of the impact department advice has on the other Directorates in Uniting
  • Work with complex data to understand trends, behaviours, customer insights and opportunities for revenue growth
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Delivery team to ensure opportunities are leveraged and customer experience is enhanced
  • Undertake post implementation reviews of campaigns
  • Assist in the development of the design campaign performance dashboard, reporting and testing of analytics implementations
  • Assist in identifying key analysis needs and through findings provide guidance on quick win solutions
  • Leverage BI, CRM and other customer data to assist in developing and tracking campaign and business performance
  • Develop expertise in the Adobe suite to support campaign analytics
  • Develop expertise in CRM, Assyst, Infra and customer insight tools to support Customer Service Delivery analytics and performance reporting

Experience:

  • This role requires 5 or more years’ experience. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be organised, systematic, thorough, accurate and disciplined
  • Demonstrated analytics capability
  • Advanced knowledge in digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
  • Experience in working large scale data sets and various systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamic CRM, Assyst and Infra systems
