About the role:

You will be part of the Organisational Communications and Change team and will help build the change management practice within Uniting.

This includes developing change management tools and templates to drive consistent delivery of organisational change at Uniting as well as change delivery across a number of projects.

Our change practice utilises lean and agile change management principles and this role would suit someone interested in the development and growth of organisational change capability.

Skills and experience:

  • This role is suited to an experienced Change Analyst or Change Manager looking to move into Change Practice / Change Centre of Excellence
  • Experience with change management methodologies, frameworks and tools such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter or similar.
  • Proven implementation experience relating to agile programs or projects is highly desirable.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Proactive and solutions focussed
  • Certification in change management or similar
