Applications are sought for the position of Membership Officer in our Membership Team permanently located in Pitt Street Sydney office.

The role involves data entry, member contact, and report generation.

Applicants will need

• Sound database experience
• Accurate data entry at approximately 10,000kph
• Ability to solve problems
• Experience with Microsoft computer applications
• Knowledge of trade unions and their objectives
• Exceptional communication skills

Salary is in accordance with the Union’s salary system, commencing at $71,482, with progression to $90,107 plus 12.5% super per annum. USU employees work a thirty-five hour week and enjoy a nine-day fortnight.

The Union’s selection process involves a range of pre-employment assessments, including referee checks and pre-employment medical screening. The medical screening consists of a functional assessment, audiometry test and psychosocial assessment. Full details are available upon request.
