The Digital Health Program Manager will play a key role in operationalising the Centre for Digital Transformation of Health’s vision of connected health through bringing together researchers, educators, healthcare and digital health professionals, patients and the public, to focus on translation of digital health applications into clinical practice and enable a future where the healthcare system is transformed through digital health innovation. The Centre has committed to the Collective Impact model of using structured collaboration to solve the complex, real-world problem of connecting the Australian healthcare system to the advances in digital health.
The ideal candidate will be a stakeholder engagement and management superstar with demonstrated experience in successfully bringing together diverse groups and engaging them in shared goals. Experience in best practice consumer engagement and in working with consumers, researchers and clinicians to develop research ideas into concepts and protocols will be the keys to success in this role. Excellent communication, organisational and facilitation skills and attention to detail will be highly valued, as will experience in the digital health, healthcare, government or academic sectors.
