Uniting Church Camping (UC Camping) operates several group accommodation venues (campsites) throughout Victoria, including two sites, Norval and Halls Gap (Gariwerd NP). UC Camping is seeking a highly motivated person to fill the position of Campsite Manager at these sites. The sites provide group accommodation and hospitality for up to 290 guests. This position will provide a unique opportunity for the right candidate grow and develop this beautiful site, with enormous potential.
This is a full time position, that is initially being offered as a 12 month contract, with the potential for an ongoing position for the right candidate. An attractive remuneration package is being offered, which includes accommodation in a comfortable 4 bedroom home. The Campsite Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the site, incorporating managerial and operational tasks. This includes administration, coordinating cleaning and building maintenance, providing excellent customer service to campers and external stakeholders, managing compliance and accreditation requirements, and managing the team of campsite staff. ‘On call’ work is also part of the role.
