We are a leading not for profit providing research-based programs to support the mental health of at risk groups. We’re a small and agile organisation determined to make a difference through yoga and support inclusion, connection and quality of life. Our mission is to create opportunities for people at risk to positively change their experience of life.

We design and deliver evidence-based, integrative mind-body programs and work closely with other NGO’s, allied health professionals and government agencies to reach vulnerable populations.

Our short and long-term programs are designed to enable connection to self and to others, promote self agency and self efficacy. We use the tools of yoga (breath, whole body movement, mindfulness and cultivating positive values) to support mental, emotional and physical health.

You’ll benefit from a flexible and supportive working environment with a small and passionate team where you will have the space and opportunity to learn and develop your skills.

This is a great opportunity as the first employee in this new role you will have the chance to make it your own, and have an impact from day one.

About You

You are motivated by using your skills and experience for purpose driven work. You enjoy being a team player, are happy to have a go at new activities and thrive when working autonomously. You’re a creative thinker and ideator, always thinking of new and different ways to connect with our supporters and the broader community and raise funds.

You have a strong understanding of fundraising and are across current trends and opportunities. You understand data driven marketing and are organised and detail-oriented.
