About The Yoga Foundation

We are a leading not for profit providing research-based programs to support the mental health of at risk groups. We’re a small and agile organisation determined to make a difference through yoga and support inclusion, connection and quality of life. Our mission is to create opportunities for people at risk to positively change their experience of life.

We design and deliver evidence-based, integrative mind-body programs and work closely with other NGO’s, allied health professionals and government agencies to reach vulnerable populations.

Our short and long-term programs are designed to enable connection to self and to others, promote self agency, self efficacy and raise awareness. We use the tools of yoga (breath, whole body movement, mindfulness and cultivating positive values) to support mental, emotional and physical health.

You’ll benefit from a flexible and supportive working environment with a small and passionate team where you will have the space and opportunity to learn and develop your skills.
