My client is a leading specialist NDIS servicers with a focus working with people with disability and mental ill health issues. With a strong value system, they work with people in ensuring they are supported throughout their NDIS plan. Due to expansion, they are currently looking to hire a Support Coordinator to support the team and large client base.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for assisting participants with NDIS plans with other duties such as:

  • Support people to work with vulnerability, complexity and trauma
  • Partnering with organisation to achieve best possible outcomes that benefit their customers
  • Working alongside individuals, families and carers
  • Demonstrating best possible practice in relation to service planning, psychological and behaviour intervention

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Ability to build strong relationships, something they value first and foremost as an organisation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Empathetic and enthusiastic in your approach
