THE ROLE

The Two Good Operations Manager - Good Things is a new role responsible for leading the growth of Two Good’s own brand products including our hand hygiene and toiletries range and premium lifestyle products. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience within the retail/ecommerce/consumables industries, perhaps having been involved in scaling companies on similar growth trajectories in the past.

Two Good is a small, but growing business, this role requires someone who is both hands on and strategic, formulating and implementing operational strategies, managing daily operations and ensuring efficient utilisation of the company’s resources to improve profitability.

THE CHALLENGES

Resources are scarce as we grow this part of our business and ultimately the team. You’ll need to be hands on with distribution - you will be required to pack orders, arrange shipping, and even jump in the truck to do deliveries from time to time.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Above all, alignment with Two Good’s purpose and values are key to finding the right fit for this role. We are also looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the retail/eCommerce/consumables industries
  • High level of business, technical and financial acumen
  • Strong analytic and complex problem-solving skills
  • In-depth understanding and experience of Unleashed or similar inventory control software
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Must be physically fit (occasional heavy lifting required)
  • Current drivers’ licence
