We are looking for experienced educators to join our dynamic Learning and Development team. Applicants should have qualifications and/or equivalent experience in health education and promotion, community capacity building, workplace training and assessment or similar. This should be paired with a strong knowledge of the challenges, systems and public policy impacting LGBTIQA+ people, especially young people, including mental health and wellbeing, self-determination and bodily autonomy in health care, the law, homelessness, peer and family rejection, and experiences of harassment and violence.

Twenty10 incorporating GLCS NSW provides a broad range of specialised services for LGBTIQA+ people and people of diverse genders, sexualities and intersex status including; housing, mental health, counselling and social supports for young people, counselling and social support services to adults, and inclusivity training and consultation for organisations and service providers across most sectors. Twenty10 is the NSW partner for QLife.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well respected community organisation, and be part of delivering LGBTIQA+ inclusivity training across NSW in 2023.

This is a casual role with a one year contract, paid at SCHADS level 4, offering approximately 24 hours per month (anticipated but not guaranteed). The role is based in Chippendale, Inner Sydney but involves regularly travelling to deliver training around Sydney, and potentially across NSW on occasion.
