The Training Development Specialist will design and develop a suite of training options for delivery across TSA in particular roles that are in contact with children and vulnerable people. This Training Development Specialist will ensure that Safeguarding training across TSA incorporates the most up to date and relevant content.

Safeguarding development

  • Design and create a leading range of safeguarding learning programs to build employee, Officer, Volunteer and leadership understanding in order to meet business plans and goals including classroom based, Factsheets and E-Learning

Mandatory training

  • Develop and maintain specific role categorisation library based on responsibilities and risk

Reporting & Evaluation

  • Review practices in managing the safeguarding training experience and recommend improvements

Required experience

  • Proven experience designing & delivering quality, end user training of outcome focused learning initiatives
  • Relevant experience developing training packages
