Family Violence Services operates across multiple sites to deliver high quality services to women and children who are experiencing, at risk of experiencing or recovering from Family Violence in the Bayside Peninsula Area.
The Team Leader - Family Violence Services position is responsible for providing daily leadership, management and coordination of the Case Management program based at Windsor. This position will be required to:
The Team Leader will work in collaboration with the Family Violence Services leadership team and Program Manager - Windsor to develop and embed best practice principles in line with the Salvation Army National Family Violence Plan.
This position is responsible for ensuring Family Violence Services staff work within a trauma & psychologically informed practice environment, all staff are expected to work creatively towards ensuring that the safety and support needs of all women and children accessing the services are the first priority.
This position is a full time, fixed term position to 31st December, 2021.
