We are currently seeking a values-driven and proactive Systems Tester to support the ongoing development of SAMIS through functional, acceptance and ad-hoc testing of the application as well as testing of Reports and project support.

You will successfully:

  • Create and maintain test plans
  • Perform functionality and acceptance tests on new developments, enhancements and bug fixes before being released to public
  • Document test case results and provide feedback to solution architect and developer/s
  • Contribute to systems improvements, upgrades and strategic initiatives
  • Perform data quality test on reports as directed by the Team Leader for System Administration prior to reports being deployed to public
  • Assist with operational projects as directed by the Team Leader for System Development that assist in ensuring consistent and accurate practice for Mission services data collection and reporting within SAMIS services and related data and Client Information systems

You will have:

  • Proven experience in software testing
  • Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of relational databases
  • Experience working with Client Management Systems
  • A NSW Working With Children Check
  • A willingness to undergo a National Police Check

The Salvation Army is subject to public health orders. You may be required to provide evidence of vaccine status dependent on requirements.
