We are seeking a Rural Financial Counselling Trainer to support the broad range of learners at Eva Burrows College. The role will be responsible for delivery of high quality training programs with industry current assessment to meet identified learning needs. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting and encouraging vocational learners to achieve their learning goal.

The key focus of this role includes:

Course Delivery and Assessment

  • Deliver high quality training programs, develop industry relevant training materials and implement valid assessments

Learner Management

  • Provide support and build positive rapport with learners, monitor their progress and mark assessments, providing meaningful feedback to the learners

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work collaboratively with key industry stakeholders to develop targeted training programs

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, strategic planning and undertake regular professional development activities

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience and relevant qualifications in vocational education and training and Rural Financial Counselling.
