We are seeking a dynamic Rural Financial Counselling Trainer to join our growing Vocational Training team who is passionate about equipping future Rural Financial Counsellors to make a difference in their local community.
This casual role will support a broad range of learners as they undertake the Diploma of Financial Counselling qualification, supporting and encouraging them to achieve their learning goals.

The key focus of this role includes:

  • Online delivery of Diploma of Financial Counselling
  • Development of Rural Financial Counselling learning and assessment materials
  • Monitoring learner progress and providing support
  • Marking assessments and providing meaningful feedback
  • Collaborating with industry stakeholders to ensure currency of training program
  • Contributing to quality improvement initiatives

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience and relevant qualifications in vocational education and training and Rural Financial Counselling.

  • Technically capable with knowledge of learning management systems
