About the role

An opportunity for someone with a passion and drive for recruitment, looking to take ownership, be innovative and thrive in a strong customer service and result focused industry.

• Professional, commercial recruiter role
• Provide post-employment support to clients once they have been successfully placed, including on their work site
• Source sustainable and relevant vacancies
• Place clients into sustainable employment through business development and advocacy to employers
• Undertake regular reverse marketing of priority candidates as a key business development tactic
• This role will be supporting the Maroondah area - travel is required

About you:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in sales in the Community Development sector
• A strong ability to problem-solve and apply resilience via adjusting solutions as well as approach and communication at an individual client level imperative;
• Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs;
• Advanced communication skills, and experience in working with a diverse group of job seekers.
