At the Salvation Army Employment Plus (EPlus), our experienced employment teams have been empowering people to find the right job since 1998 as part of the Australian Government's Employment Services network.  We've worked with over 200,000 businesses across Australia and seen well over half a million Australians successfully placed in employment. 

About the role

Everyday you get to make a difference to someone's life. Implement and oversee a job seeker-centric case management model, focusing on individualised job searches, barrier management, marketing and post placement support, you will do this by:

• Source sustainable and relevant vacancies
• Place clients into sustainable employment through business development and advocacy to employers
• Provide post-employment support to clients once they have been successfully placed, including on their work site
• Undertake regular reverse marketing of priority candidates as a key business development tactic

Is this you? 　

• Do you like helping people achieve their career goals
• Ability to relate and interact with individuals with complex barriers
• Ability to act on own initiative and follow policy guidelines
• Can strike up a conversation with anyone
• Have excellent Reverse Marketing and Cold Calling Skills
• Can think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations
• Are you a self-driven, motivated person who can work autonomously and achieve set goals?
• Have strong administration skills, chasing goals and communicating with wide range of people
• Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs
• Currently hold a valid driver's licence

A current Working with Vulnerable People check (ACT) and Working with Children Check (NSW) is a mandatory requirement for this position. Successful applicants will be required to undertake a police check, it is not mandatory to have a clear criminal history.
