About the role:

The Recruiter is a commercially focused role which provides a professional recruitment service to both EPlus employers and candidates. You will:

  • Proactively build and maintain employer relationships
  • Take time to understand our employers' businesses, their employment needs and processes
  • Engage job ready candidates to make the most of employment opportunities presented
  • Match employers with the right candidates to achieve sustainable employment outcomes
  • Achieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome focused, high performance approach to the role

About You

What we need from you is a demonstrated track record of:

  • Cold calling and approaching potential clients
  • Demonstrated success in proactive business development
  • Time management and delivery of a high-quality service
  • Advanced relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated success in growing relationships from small beginnings
  • Experience in a challenging KPI environment within a competitive industry

Employment Services experience is highly valued however, we would love to hear from you if you have experience in sales, retail, recruitment or similar fast paced results focused environments.

A current Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent is a mandatory requirement for this position. Successful applicants will be required to undertake a police check, it is not mandatory to have a clear criminal history.
