About the Role

We are seeking for two enthusiastic and attention to detail Reconciliation Clerks to join us on a full time maximum term for 12 months to cover maternity leave backfill, based in the Redfern Office. The Reconciliation Clerks will report into the Donor Services Team Leader and is responsible for:

  • Sorting and timely processing of reconciliation mail
  • Researching and processing of all donations received online for NSW, ACT and QLD donors
  • Generating weekly reports to obtain a list of donations not processed across different channels
  • Investigating, reporting and clearing variances on bank accounts connected to the Stay in Front (CRM)
  • Managing internal and external audits at the conclusion of each financial year

About You

  • Certification III in Business Administration or a minimum of 2 years' experience in business administration environment
  • Experience in a CRM or a similar database
  • Demonstrated experience in handling and analysing finance and records accurately
  • A strong team focus with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build relationships with people of all backgrounds
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
