The Receptionist provides administrative and reception support to the staff who work in the Alice Springs Corps office based in Alice Springs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Provide reception and administrative support to the Alice Spring Corps office in an efficient, polite and professional manner.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors providing exceptional customer service.
  • Establish effective work relationships with key staff, managers and other stakeholders, as appropriate.
  • Maintain regular communication with all team members.

ABOUT YOU

  • You will have a friendly and welcoming demeanour
  • Qualifications in business administration (or similar) or significant demonstrated equivalent relevant experience, knowledge and skills.
  • Demonstrated previous experience working in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a full range of PC applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
