Based in Redfern, the Project Lead reports to the Senior Manager, IT Mission Enterprises, and provide guidance and input for IT strategies and accountable for the delivery and implementation of Aged Care IT Projects along with the handover to operations/BAU. The role is a max term one year contract.

The key focus of the role will be to:

  • Accountable for the development of all required artifacts for Aged Care IT Projects
  • Engage and partner with the IT Systems Manager for Aged Care, IT Functional Streams and the Aged Care business
  • Keep abreast of developments in the Aged Care sector and adapt IT strategies for currency
  • Assist members of the Finance team as well as Aged Care Executives, Program Managers and senior management within Aged Care
  • Lead the implementation of enterprise information systems to meet the objective to source, integrate, analyse and provide business intelligence
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key personnel to ensure strategic and operational alignment to collaboration solutions.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Significant senior IT management experience managing people, in addition to several years experience in a similar role managing project working groups
  • Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Computer Sciences with substantial Industry Experience
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certification
  • Project Management Certification
  • Experience in the Aged Care sector is strongly preferred
  • Experience with O365 is preferred
