We provide services and supports to adults, and families with accompanying children in the form of accommodation, case management, assertive outreach, financial assistance, community connection and referral services.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Program Manager! You will operate with limited direction and have managerial responsibilities for the operations of the St Kilda Contact Centre through strategic development, risk and program development, stakeholder development and advocacy.
The St Kilda Contact Centre's aim is to provide drop in, telephone and brief intervention support to people with a history of trauma, disadvantage, mental health, AOD and health issues across Victoria.
Reporting to the Homelessness Melbourne Metro Regional Manager, this is a permanent full-time position, based in St Kilda, VIC.
